Day Four - Get a Load of This class challenge

Sorry for a not so great photo. This is a two page layout of our kids and our friends kids riding the mini-bike (a 70 cc motorbike) this past September. I did this using page maps (ie. sketches) and it went pretty quick. I wasn't super excited about the color combination I came up with, but I think it turned out okay considering that the colors were already in the photos.

You can find the FREE page maps at www.pagemaps.com Becky Fleck has them going back for 4 years for 12 x 12 pages, 8 x 11 pages, half pages, cards etc. I need to get them in a binder which will make it easier when I start doing power layouts for my next album. I can put a sticky note with the page map with my photos paper, etc which will make cropping photos easier.

I have done 12 pages so far this year and I have done all of them at home. Usually the only time I get pages done is when I go to a crop. I am enjoying this challenge, if for no other reason, than I am getting a lot done. Need to make it a habit and clean up my office so it has a permanent home instead of on my breakfast nook.
